  DO YOU LOVE DAHLIAS AS MUCH AS US?
  

  November is the time to plant Dahlia tubers!

  Our Annual Public Tuber Auction is on and this event is open for all to attend. 

  A great way to buy tubers direct from the growers, at excellent prices. 

  This auction is just in time for taking your tubers home and plant them into the ground or in pots. Dahlias generally flower from Jan - May, depending on growing conditions.

  Come and learn how easy it is to grow Dahlias and be inspired by the many different forms and array of colours. 

  All tubers are kindly donated by our members and are inspected for quality prior to auction - only the best quality tubers make it to the auction. Although there is no prior list of tubers, dahlia blooms are shown on our big screen as the auction is in progress.

  Come along - we would love to see you there! Entry is free! Doors open at 1pm for registration. Auction starts at 1.30pm!

  Join Deb Collett at WADHAM HOUSE on for an overview of the role of stewards and a think tank on ways to improve our current system.

  If you've stewarded before, then we would love your input, but equally if you have thought about stewarding but not sure what's involved, then you are sure to learn lots too.

  There will be ample opportunity to ask questions. The session will be followed by light lunch and informal discussion.

  Cost

  The workshop is open to DSV members only and is free.
